Avalon Mechanical provided mechanical engineering services for this project with a focus on creating reliable, efficient building systems that support the day-to-day needs of the completed space. The design approach balanced occupant comfort, system performance, maintainability, and long-term operating requirements.
The project required close coordination with the architectural, structural, electrical, and consultant teams throughout both design and construction. Mechanical systems were developed to integrate cleanly with the building layout while minimizing conflicts with other disciplines and preserving the overall architectural intent.
Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems were designed around the specific occupancy and operational requirements of the building. Particular attention was given to indoor comfort, air distribution, equipment efficiency, and accessibility for future inspection and maintenance.
