Avalon’s Vancouver office sits on West Pender in the downtown core, which puts many of our local project sites within a short walk or a SkyTrain ride. Problems tend to surface between the drawing and the built condition, and the fix is usually to go and look. Our central location means we’re never far from our Vancouver projects.

What We Work On

We design HVAC, plumbing and fire suppression systems, plus the controls that tie them together, for buildings across Greater Vancouver. New construction and renovation both, though renovation is its own discipline in a city with this much building stock from the seventies and eighties. Existing drawings rarely match what is actually in the ceiling. We go and look before we design around it.
