Avalon Energy Management has provided commissioning authority services for a wide variety of systems – ranging from chillers and air compressors serving Canada’s submarines, to university datacenters. We have planned, specified, reviewed and approved the commissioning more than 50 LEED projects, including two LEED Platinum certified projects.
We are recognized by both the US Green Building Counsel and the BC Green Building Retrofit Program and have taken the role of Accredited Professional and Commissioning Authority. Our Commissioning Authority process has been audited and approved several times by CaGBC.
We are one of the select few firms in British Columbia that is approved by BC Hydro as a Service Provider for their Continuous Optimization Program for the recommissioning of DDC systems.
